I have stayed here three or four times, all for one-night stays during the week. Never had an upgrade to a suite.

I've never had a car here but I've noticed an obvious valet stand on the Broad Street side when I've been here, and there is definitely clear signage as to which way hotel guests should go versus visitors to the office/residential parts of the building (there are separate elevators).

I can't speak to any of Hockey's other complaints (I don't have any standing requests other than "high floor" and "1 king" which have always been met here) other than recognition; I did note specifically that they recognized me as titanium, which only really stuck out to me because it's still sort of funny hearing it from FDAs.
