Does anyone know when row 1 seats on an A333 become selectable for business/Prestige passengers? I'm booked in O class on ICN-FUK, and there is no First class on this flight.

On my flight, row 1 is unoccupied per ExpertFlyer, but the KE website will not allow me to select any seat in row 1 (shows them as occupied). A KE phone agent said the seats in row 1 are blocked and had no idea when they will become unblocked, even after asking around...
