You're hogging the show here, so can you both just comment on the thread topic and keep the keyboard in focus. BillScann made an inappropriate comment about this member regarding surfing not checking bags and TSAMGR has an inappropriate bolding on the word assume. OK, you've both got your zings in and it's a tie - no winner here.

Now, it has not been mentioned since post #2, but shouldn't the airline be the focus of frustration here as it is mentioned that the airline could have deselected these passengers with a keystroke upon boarding pass re-issue? What's the opinions on these errors and omissions?
