I have been getting the run around from TK about booking Bosphorus Experience for my business class layover due to the move to new Istanbul Airport. TK emails states I am not eligable since I did not book my flight through TAV travel. This is not a true statement as I have been in contact with TAV, who stated I am eligable but TK did not renew contract with TAV for new Istanbul Airport. Today I was informed the following by TAV, “I have talked to Turkish Airlines but tour is not ready for April. They want to rearrange the concept of the tour so we are still working on it.”

So if you were trying to book the Bosphorus Experience on your layover, you are out of luck for April. Who knows what the new exoerience will be.
