I know what the study says. I don't think the selectee system works well because of problems mentioned here such as the flight changes and minors being selected.

There needs to be adjustments to this system. Perhaps a CAPPSI.V

Why I asked for the statement to be explained is because persons here throw something out and when questioned on it they change the subject or attack the questioner (which you can see a prime example here).
