I’m flying dfw-sea tomorrow at 10:36 am. I was upgraded to F three days ago. I called exp line tonight as I see the later 2:55 pm has E3. Of course I know I’ll be back in coach as originally ticketed but I don’t mind. Exp rep said nope can’t do SDC for free because although E3 is available it’s also S0 so I can’t do SDC without fee. She said my original booking class was S so to do SDC both E and S must be available.
Is this true? I haven’t called back yet to speak to another agent.
