dholloway is correct to note that BA's implementation strategy for these new seats is related directly to the degree of competition they face on a high-yield business route. YUL just doesn't cut it, and likely would be one of the very last routes in N.America to get the seats. YYZ will be third or fourth in N.America, after ORD and LAX. But these will also be done only after HKG, TKO, SIN and SYD.
