Yup. Roughly 1.2p per mile when you add in the normal Clubcard points as well, assuming you're not a Premier. (A good 30% cheaper than buying the miles directly from BA!)
Spookily, this seems to be roughly what the ex-LIS J fares cost if you buy them with real money. However, its worth stocking up if you have Amex vouchers to use or want to go somewhere that LIS won't.
