Just finished a four-night stay here in one of the two-bedroom suites. Not sure how I feel. Rooms felt new and comfortable, but given that this is their largest room type, I was a little disappointed - it felt like there was one appropriately-sized bedroom and one budget UK hotel room bedroom. Website promised three TVs in the room (presumably one in the living room and one in each bedroom,) but one of the bedrooms was missing a TV. One of the two bathrooms was smaller than the other to the point of being uncomfortable. Rooms were comfortable otherwise, beds were very nice.

Housekeeping here is once every three days with towel/garbage service daily, which is fine, but they forgot to drop off two of the four towels we needed one of the days we stayed. Washers and dryers were frankly a bit of a mess - the dryers basically do not work and were constantly being put into use by people whose laundry hadn't dried after one cycle. There are six dryers and three of them were cool to the touch in mid-cycle, and even the other three were not working well. There were people grumbling about this in the laundry room until 2:30 AM. Gym was fine, although it did not have any ellipticals.

Location next to an enormous 24-hour Tesco is nice. Two high streets within a short walk.
