LOL...ummm...yes!
From the very beginning HX's website has errored out our ticket number and names (Expedia brokered ticket).
When I went to select seats for the outbound I could not manage our tickets and had to call.
When HX canceled the HKG-LAX flight we had booked on 22 MAY I could not manage our tickets on the HX website and called HX who said I had to call Expedia who then had to call HX. We moved our flights to fix the broken connection but now I need to call again to pick seats (unfortu the date we selected has the CX-type config rather than the cuddle seats config).
Calling HX is a bit of a pain and expect to wait.
