I recommend a shinagawa station based international hotel like shinagawa prince hotel. Direct train to Haneda airport every 10 mns (keikyu line). Direct yamanote train to hamamatsucho every 3mns, just 2 stops. Direct access to bullet trains too if needed or for a day trip.
