There are a couple of business hotels near Hamamatsucho-Daimon stations:
Tokyu EX Inn Daimon
Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho
Meitetsu Inn Hamamatsucho
Just to name a few.

Intercontinental is also nearby if you need a full service hotel.
