Theres a post above about a stayover with their complimentary hotel, and it’s not good. They put the poster in a $20 a night bad hotel. I would also add it’s hard to find English speakers in Changsha, even at hotels. I’m speaking from experience of being there three times. The only good English speakers were at the Sheraton and Crowne Plaza. I would not recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza as it’s aged and old. The rooms felt very dirty and were in desperate need of a renovation.
If you do inquire about the complimentary hotel with HU, I would email their customer Service and try to confirm a good hotel ahead of time because once you get to Changsha you’ll have a hard time communicating with people on the ground.
