Yup, all frame numbes have four digits, so it could not be 666

On a side note, back when I was in college I was registering a car, and noticed my plate number would have been 665.

"Could I have 666?" said I. Sure thing.

Exiting DMV my brother asked "you know the significance of 666, eh ..... " Errrrr, no I didn't
