I found the limosine bus ( from the hotel back to NRT very handy).
I would think you could buy a suica card at NRT but not 100% sure
The Hilton bus type seems to change fairly often. They were using a Non-Step transit bus in December, rather than the previous coach style. Also, discovered that the Hyatt Regency bus is offset from the Hilton by 10 minutes. Perfect for when you just miss the Hilton and it's raining

. Stop is right in front of the Odakyu HALC. Hyatt bus was a coach style.
Suica purchase location at NRT T2:
T1 has a machine in a similar location before the gates. There's no much of a reason to purchase a Suica immediately on arrival at NRT if using NEX or taking the Limo Bus. Both use tickets and you can purchase your IC card at whichever station you're starting your travel from the next day.
Confession time: took the NEX last time, and couldn't remember how to get from the West Gate at Shinjuku Station up to the street level (despite doing it dozens of time before) to catch the shuttle. Probably still would take the train from NRT on a round trip, but there are advantages to the Limo Bus.
