Hi,

From the West entrance of Shinjuku to the hilton it is about a 15min walk ( with a carry on rollerboard it should be ok ) at a reasonable pace ( you could go part of the way via underground walkway then on the surface pavements ) so with a heavy hold luggage it will be a hassle. On my last visit to the hilton I discovered you can walk all the way underground from the hilton to shinjuku station but some parts of the route are not obvious for the first timer.
There is also a hilton bus from the west entrance to Shinjuku station to the hiton ( every 20mins or so but may be reduced late at night and could get full at peak times) and it can be a little awkward with large luggage as you have several steps up to the bus but there is a space for some luggage.
I found the limosine bus ( from the hotel back to NRT very handy).
I would think you could buy a suica card at NRT but not 100% sure

Regards
