Thanks for this -- MAN-EWR is a good option, except I don't think I'll be saving much cash. We'd need to take the train from London to Manchester, which would add to the cost. I think all in all, I'd only save around $100-150, which isn't worth the hassle of a 3.5 hour train ride.
