Not for $1000, I don't think, for a ~7 hour flight. Service is about the same - perhaps marginally better - as business, but again, that's also down to the crew flying on the day. The bed is very comfortable, and the doors for privacy are nice, but of course they only run to about three feet above the seat. The IFE screens are much larger than in business, but the catalogue, is of course, the same. The amenity bag is nicer than the ones in J, but from memory, the content are the same - by Chopard, mostly. I don't know what the catering is like out of YYZ, but from BOM it's nothing to shout about. Your baggage allowance, mileage earning etc will all remain as for the purchased J ticket.
