You should. I did a SDC a few months ago on a A fare and the new flight was re-booked in full F (this was prior to the FC fare code realignment) and I got 200% MQMs.
I've gotten 200% MQMs every time I've SDC in the last six months. Paid FC and RUC upgrades. Pretty wild.
