Finally had my stay in Tokyo!
Hotel is great, staff and service is of a high level. Exec lounge is small but perfect in terms of amenities and food/drink (local whisky and beer available in the evening happy hour). The lounge staff are very helpful and have given us some great restaurant tips and local knowledge.

I was upgraded to a standard/superior exec room from standard/superior as Platinum and access to lounge. This came with free mini bar and breakfast in main restaurant or lounge.

My only negative feedback is the bathroom has nowhere to hang towels or place clothes, you have to dot them around the sink area.

The location is great for public transport and easy to access other parts of town.

The 'Senior Guest Experience Manager' did the rounds in the lounge this morning and I passed on the above feedback.

Will definitely come back.
