Thanks to both of you. Since I posted I have been researching more and have found that there is Egypt Air availability but nothing for Turkish Airlines. I called Turkish and was told that they release award seats only 6 months out. Wondering if that is true as I have not seen anything about that elsewhere.

I have a LOT of Chase UR points and would be fine using them up - especially if we can get Business Class tickets but am reluctant to commit to Egypt if it makes sense to wait for TK to release seats. I also have a few hundred thousand AA miles I could burn but would like us all to fly together if possible. Thanks for your help.
