I never had my carry on measured or weighted flying with Finnair. However, not sure how they would behave in LAX.. There has been reports on checking the carry on in LHR when checking in on counter. But at least I have not been checked at the gate. Some people seem to have plenty carry on in some flights, so at least so far they have been relaxed in forcing the rules. Not sure if some others have different experience?
