I'm not sure I'm following the comparison? It's actually very unusual for any tail fin to have words on it (AA used to have "AA" but that's long gone as has the very stylised former IB logo. AF, LH, LX, AZ, EI, etc never had). Airline names are usually placarded on the side of the body, and on that front, BA is neither better nor worse than the other airlines mentioned. Or are you talking of another difference that I am missing? (genuine question as you may very well have something else in mind than what I thought of!)
