useful to know! My taxi driver wasn't satisfied with being told it was terminal W and insisted on knowing which hall, which of course isn't on the BA website. Interestingly you can see that they have also taken the hall signs off the outside wall of the terminal (although the outline is clearly visible), and it's not till you get inside that the hall signs are more apparent...

And on the subject of drinks, you'll get 3 wines or 3 beers with the voucher. Went for Moretti in the end as couldn't face cold red.
