I would encourage others to stay at the property (if it's decent) & invoke the $100 guarantee every time it's not in compliance. Enough people do that the property will probably get in compliance. Also, if you (generic you) get a survey, score them lower due to the non-compliance issue. Also ding them on TA for not being in compliance.

Guest. When Autograph Collection properties (other than resorts) don't have a lounge, Marriott T&Cs say 750 points or breakfast. I'll take the breakfast.
