I am pleased to learn how your Ambassador helped sort the Berri Suite upgrade fiasco. Just another reason why having an Ambassador is so helpful, after all. We had a comparable upgrade fiasco at the Westin Sydney where they pretended we had requested adjoining rooms as an excuse to not upgrade us to an available suite. It happens.

I concur with others that the Prince de Galles sounds like the (much) better luxury option in Paris, especially since these 2 properties are so closely located. But it's always nice to have this second luxury option available.
