Takanawa Hotels are part of the Prince Hotel chain. They may be available to you for a charge (as the Sakura whirlpool is to Takanawa Prince guests).

No mention is made of a reciprocal agreement allowing Sakura Tower guests to use these facilities. You would have to email the Sakura and ask.
