Have you tried search for new availability online? I was able to book mixed class bookings on their website. Otherwise with QR you can book two seperate tickets and they will check your bags through (unlike BA).
The website unfortunately doesn’t show me options for mixed cabin itineraries for partners; in my searches I’ve seen such options for CX flights, but not for partners - at least not QR.
Booking two tickets would price as two separate tickets, whereas my itinerary prices the same whether to DOH or through DOH to MLE, so I’d prefer to book as a single ticket.
