In 2017 I did enough flights to qualify for my frequent flyers. This is valid until Feb 2020. In 2018 I then completed 32 flights. I was under the impression that this should extend my FT up to Feb 2022. However, when I called miles and more to check this, I was told I will only requalify if I do 30+ flights in the final year (2019). Can anyone confirm what is correct? Maybe the policy has changed in recent years?
When you log into your M&M account what does it say about (re-) qualifying? Does it say you need to earn xxxx status miles between 1.1.2019 and 31.12.2019 to qualify as Senator, or does it say you need to earn xxxx status miles (or fly 30 segments) to qualify as FTL?
