I have been trying to find out online via Google and different forums, but have had no luck. So if any of you are able to answer a few questions I'd be really grateful.
Firstly, at Manchester, is there a SAS bag drop if we check in online? Or do we go to the main check in desks regardless to drop our bags off?

Final questions; we are SAS Plus and I have seen a few posts that SAS have removed lounge access etc from MAN now. On our return leg from CPH will we get lounge access and is there a time limit that you are allowed to stay for?
And how far in advance of the flight can we check in at CPH We are coming back via Singapore , so have to collect baggage and check in , but we have a 9hour or so layover before the flight to MAN

I don't know about MAN. Haven't been there for years.
Regarding CPH. There is no time limit on the lounge, and they even have a couple of rest rooms if you want a nap. I'm not sure whether they are free, as in the LH lounges.
If you are coming back using a *A airline, I think your baggage is transferred automatically. The same applies to the outbound leg, but check with the airline in the airport at check-in
With Plus tickets you can show up at the gate and get on an earlier flight if there are fee seats.
