dingo, congratulations. Was your first bid accepted? I'm curious because there is also a Radisson that frequently comes up on winning Priceline bids for that zone, and their rate is $79 night. You could just as easily have gotten this hotel and you may have been disappointed at the little amount of savings you got.

I hope a lot of people read this post because dingo was EXTREMELY lucky on this one. Other than Sunday night, the Westin is sold out for the remainder of his stay. It was far more likely that he would have gotten the Radisson. He just happened to benefit from one of those occasional Priceline's flukes. Trying to duplicate this success given similar circumstances, you will most likely be disappointed.
