Tough to believe, but not everyone knows the industry inside & out & all its quirks. Some of us like asking simple questions w/o getting flamed..
No crew avaliable due to scheduling for the ferry flight to operate. Since ferries are also usually last minute, it's not worth finding FAs and paying them for a couple revenue customers.
