BamaVol Jr #3 and wife will be honeymooning 7 nights in New Orleans in a couple weeks. The wife has just been diagnosed with an ear disorder and warned not to fly. So, they will drive. They are staying at the Intercontinental. Parking, IIRC, was something like $70 a day. Not acceptable. I suggested he find the cheapest lot at the airport and Uber to the hotel. You can enjoy the city without a car and he can always claim it for a day if they plan a side trip.

Can anyone suggest an alternative. And can anyone suggest the lowest price parking in the airport vicinity? Hopefully much less than $70 a day.
