I got the bonus offer (150k points) on an upgrade in November. Not sure of the current status. To date I have gotten about $1600 in value out of the Aspire card, counting the bonus points. I expect it to be about half of that in future years, but $850 in annual benefits on a $450 annual fee works for me.
