The one thing I would never, ever do is to say that I am taking my future business elsewhere. While that does not change the legal outcome of the matter, it ends any reason for anybody to do anything from a CS perspective. If they have already lost you as a customer, why bother lifting a finger?
This isn't to say that this won't get fixed, simply that the way to take your business elsewhere is to take your business elsewhere. Saying so is meaningless and unhelpful.
