With all the discussion this week about delays, lost bags and claims, this thread comes as a most welcome distraction. I do have a question about booking packages from BA Holidays: What's the booking sequence? Book flights, then add hotel, then other assorted add ons eg. car hire etc? Is it possible to earn the bonus 10k BA Miles on a BA Holiday booking in conjunction with the Amex 2 for 1?
