I was to fly BA 3 AUG LHR-JNB-VFA. Checked bag and flight later cancelled. Left on 4 AUG got to VFA on 5 AUG.
One bag showed up in JNB on 7 AUG which I collected enroute from VFA to CPT. Upon arrival in CPT, the zipper was completely ripped off!
So the one bag it took 72 hours to return to me was broken and still worse is my 1 other bag is still missing and they have no idea where it is!
I told them maybe they need to take some operation/customer service lessons from Aeroflot or some domestic airlines in China. They seem to do a lot better.
