Flew on Southwst for the first time in 20 plus years. We always fly out of IAH since closer and we flew to BWI. First leg of trip no problems however on the return flight my wife checked bag was destroyed. Looked like it got ran over or something went to the claims counter and there was nobody there. We couldnt wait around since we had to get somewhere on time.

Damages are on opposite side of each other




anyway What is the best way to get a response from southwest? I looked at the contact us email but do not see a option uploading the photos.
