As far as the UK is concerned you aren't safe - sorry
The only exception to requiring security screening when connecting at T5 is if you arrive on a UK domestic flight - as
Filthy Monkey did. Those passengers do not need to be re-screened at T5. As you are arriving in to LHR on international flights in both cases you will have to go through security. A car transfer can't bypass that requirement.
