I too was confusing this with the Unbound. I wonder if this will actually happen. I am still waiting for the PH Hanoi, which is probably not happening. Always love announcements like this, especially for PH. Let's hope this comes to fruition. I wonder what Phu Quoc is like. Is it luxurious? Mostly resorts? How big is the island in comparison to say something like Koh Samui?
