Depending on time of year etc, CLT is not a great airport, at least from my luck, for on time departures. DFW could also be an issue for spring storms etc, depending when you are going. Essentially you have 2 minutes until boarding starts on your Intl segment from when you arrive, and as others have said if you miss this flight you have to wait at least another day.
