I'm not much of a TP runner, but I spend a lot of time in Jakarta. Be careful with international-international connections at CGK - these often have to be landside and can involve significant faff. I believe Cathay is still at T2 while SriLankan is already at the new (and horrible) T3. There's a neat train between the two, but the transfer eats into connection times.
Yes, it is significant faff. Having done a TP run via CGK, I can agree. Even with an airline staff meeting me on arrival at the gate in T2, it still took about an hour to get airside from T2 to T3 as the trains are slow and seem to run infrequently. As well, you still need to clear immigration both at T2 and T3.
