I think you need to find a UK based forum to find more about Three and 3g

The UK seems to be pretty good at giving you tons of Gigs for UK data ,. But how much you can use on the continent is limit ,
You might ask if its better to get 2 accounts for more data,
Is there a blog for video bloggers ? Ask them ...
I am going to bet you will end up in many places with not enough signal to send what you want to stream ,
