Yes with their travel plan the most you can use is 12GB. It is a plan I use when I travel. Getting the SIM card is the key. Once you find a way to source one then you have to work around loading it with money to select your monthly plan.

I buy vouchers here https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/three then add them to my three account, then select my plan. I only use this for travel trips though, I do not use this as my full time plan. They are pretty observant and if you use the SIM only out of the UK they close you down pretty quick. Much of my travel is in the UK so I seem to be under their radar.

Also in some countries you only get 3g data and not 4g or LTE, that can have a serious impact on streaming etc. It works great for my needs and is budget friendly. BUt if your work depended on it I would look for a better solution.
