Will be in Vancouver in September and looking at these two hotels for four nights (burning IHG points as I have switched to Hyatt and am building my points there). Ideally looking for the most walkable location (or accessible via public transportation) to good restaurants, breweries, and nightlife. Clean and quiet is also ideal. Leaning towards Broadway so far but wanted to reach out to see if there were any recent trip reports as I am unable to find anything recent.
