I'm looking to fly in premium economy from BOS to CDG. Which airlines have the best premium economy overall, including seat, food, service, etc?

Last summer we flew AC on this route (with a stop in YUL) and thought it was very nice. It was no business class of course, but definitely nicer than coach.

edit: Looks like BA with a stop in LHR is the cheapest. I've never actually flown BA and I hear it's not so great these days.

double edit: I have 290k UR points and am planning on using them in Chase's portal at 1.5 cents/point. I'd love to transfer points to an airline and buy two business class tickets, but that ain't happening to Paris in June...but if anyone knows a way I'm all ears.

I mostly just want to be comfortable enough to sleep. I can never get to sleep for more than 10 mins at a time in a regular economy seat...
