At the time, I was concerned that someone was going to follow me into the parking lot and confront us or record my license plate and try to tell the police I was committing fraud.
I always wonder why certain cashiers are picky about money orders. Why are they making up their own rules? Why did my wife's cashier care if the amount was the same as mine? Would she have declined the sale if the amount was the same? I can think of plenty of legit reasons for why two people would get a money order for the same amount.
