The webpage,
www.flytecomm.com/cgi-bin/trackflight, shows the flight's location and weather including the position and speed, but it is at that time only. There was one that showed geographical location AND it changed as the time progressed as shown in Flight Tracker. The other one listed above is pretty good but not willing to pay for that kind of service just to know where someone's flight is on an infrequent basis.
Also just as CPRich indicated above,
http://www.passur.com/sites.htm, gets you to the same place in one click. There, you can also look at replays with more information such as airline flight number, origin, destination and altitude. This kinds of information can be seen for a plane that is within 80 mile radius of the airport chosen.
