New one for me. March 2-4 stay at Courtyard BWI has not posted (No points, no nights). Never got an email Folio either. Anywho, pulled out my paper folio and my rooms rate is correct but the description says "Package Wrapper" instead of room rate.

WHen I inevitably email for the night credits and the points should I send in my original confirmation which points out the $72 for Saturday and $95 for Sunday are indeed room rates and not "Package Wrapper"s? I'm quite worried the crack staffers at Marriott CS will see "Package Wrapper" and decide I must not have spent any nights but rather had some rather expensive gift-wrapping done.

(Also a really poor hotel stay - will post in separate thread but definitely on my do not stay again list.)
