Your KrisFlyer miles will expire after three years at 23:59 hours Singapore time (GMT +08:00 hours) on the last day of the equivalent month in which they were earned. If you have used the miles for redempton of tickets and subsequently cancel the ticket for the miles to be refunded to the account, the expiry date will follow the original expiry date.

Example, if your miles are expiring on 31 Jan 2019 and you have redeemed a ticket on 15 Jan 2019. Should you decide to cancel this ticket on 30 Jan 2019, your refunded miles will follow the original expiry date of 31 Jan 2019.

For miles that are expiring, you can opt to renew them for 6 months or 1 year (depending on your KF status) for a fee online.

However, if you are a PPS member, your miles will not expire so long as you remain as a PPS member.
